Deliveries will be made to the address stipulated on your order. You must ensure that you are present to accept delivery and inspect the goods on the date agreed with our delivery department.
Please Note: All products sold by Brock Interiors are delivered free of charge in England & Wales by a one- man carrier. Therefore, in cases where items may be large, heavy or bulky you may be expected to assist the driver.
Two Person - Costs: If, however, you require a two-person delivery, this will involve an additional £25 charge to cover the costs of a second person being supplied.
(This service is Only available in England & Wales).
Where a second person is required, this must be clearly stated on your purchase order, along with the additional fee paid.
In the process of our deliveries, we make every effort to ensure that our products are delivered to you safely, and in a polite and professional manner. We ask that you please ensure that all areas are kept clear of any obstacles or hazards from the route of the delivery vehicle to the door of your property, to enable our delivery service personnel to carry out their duties in a safe and hazard free environment.
When arranging the transportation of goods, we must consider the most appropriate and safest options for delivery, allowing you time to unpack, check your order, and examine your products for any defects or damages.
All items are routinely checked and often photographed before leaving the warehouse to eliminate, or significantly reduce any possibilities of you receiving any damaged goods.
It is with our best efforts and intentions that your order is received in perfect condition however, there may be times when transitional damages are unfortunately caused.
Where possible we do our best to deliver the furniture ourselves, however, where carriers /couriers are used, we only use the most reputable and reliable services in the industry.
Upon the arrival of your goods we ask that you carefully examine your products to ensure you are happy with your order. When you are satisfied that your goods are as described, and in perfect condition, please sign the delivery note confirming this.
If, however, the goods are not as described, that you see any damages to packaging or your goods on arrival, please contact us immediately and if possible take photos in the company of your carrier/courier, highlighting this on the delivery note before signing, as this will help us with any claim against any third-party carrier service used.
Most furniture / products are delivered within 30-days of ordering, however, there may be times when deliveries may take longer for reasons beyond our control. Where this is the case you will be kept informed of any such issues or delays.
When your order is ready for dispatch a member of our delivery team will contact you by telephone / text, or email to arrange a date and time of delivery with you.
If you are not in at our agreed time of delivery, you will incur charges of £40 per item to cover a proportion of our re-booking administration, handling and transportation costs.
Therefore, if you know you are unable to take delivery at the date and time agreed with you, you must notify us at least 2 full business days prior to the delivery date, to rearrange an alternative date, to avoid any charges being applied. For eg, if your delivery was planned for a Monday and you cannot accept the delivery, we need to be notified no later than close of business the prior Wednesday.
There may be some circumstances where we are unable to deliver, for example; where access is difficult or compromised. If you are aware of any difficulties we request that you contact us before placing an order to highlight any potential issues with access to your property, to avoid any failed delivery charges being applied.
Whilst we make every effort to adhere to specified lead times, we are occasionally subject to delays from our suppliers, which may affect your delivery times. Brock Interiors cannot be held liable for any delay in the delivery process beyond our control.
In the case of multiple purchases, we may have no alternative but to deliver the goods separately, where goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
Delivery excludes any assembly of products and removal of any packaging, it is therefore your responsibility to make such disposal in a responsible manner.
Before placing an order, we ask that you please consider the following:
Before you buy, we recommend that you check that your chosen furniture will fit through hallways and doorways into your home, and into the desired room.
If your furniture is to be taken upstairs, measure the clearance height, especially if your staircase curves.
If your home has a lift, measure the height and width of the doorway as well as the lift.
On the day of delivery, make sure the route of the furniture from the delivery van, is safe and clear, considering access to the back of the van.
Remove anything from the walls of the access route that may be damaged, or that may restrict the delivery of your furniture.
Put down protective material, i.e sheets on the floors if desired. Protect edges and corners of railings and doorways with bubble wrap.
Clear space in the room for the new furniture.
Pets should be shut in a separate room during the delivery.
After delivery, keep your furniture's packaging and order delivery note. The note will be needed for reference if you need to get in touch with us about your furniture.
Check the furniture is in good condition. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently only able to deliver to the UK mainland, and Northern Ireland.
For Northern Ireland & the remote areas of Scotland, A delivery surcharge may be applied, it is therefore advisable to contact us before placing an order
The delivery service we offer for Scotland & Northern Ireland is a one-man delivery service only, and some larger items may require assistance from the customer to help the driver to get the furniture into a ground floor room. If you require a 2-man delivery service to Ireland, then please Contact us for a quote before ordering, which will often be £200+ for large bulky items.
Please email us with your full address along with the items that you are interested in, for an accurate delivery quote to none standard locations.
Whilst most of our products do not need assembling, if your product requires assembly, it is your responsibility to do so. Any products requiring assembly, will be clearly stated on the product description page.
For exceptionally heavy items, or where several heavy items are purchased together, a pallet delivery may be considered the most appropriate and safest option of transport. Where Pallet deliveries are used, it is your responsibility to make the disposal of both pallet and other packaging.
